Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SeeLLM (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SeeLLM is an AI traffic intelligence platform that provides:

• Short link creation and management
• AI bot traffic detection and classification
• Site-wide traffic monitoring
• Analytics and reporting
• Custom domain support
• API access (on applicable plans)

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SeeLLM to:

• Create links to illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Circumvent plan limits, fair use controls, or other billing protections
• Resell access without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these policies without notice or refund.

5. Subscription and Billing

Trials and Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Trial eligibility, plan packaging, and included features may change over time. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Annual plans are non-refundable except as required by law.

Fair Use and High-Volume Traffic

Starter and Team plans are intended for normal commercial usage patterns. If your use of the Service involves unusually high event volume, traffic, storage, query load, API activity, or other resource consumption relative to your plan, we may contact you to discuss operational changes, sampling, a higher-tier subscription, or custom pricing.

If unusually high-volume usage creates security risk, service instability, or materially negative unit economics and you do not move to an appropriate plan within a reasonable period after notice, we may apply temporary protective limits, suspend the affected workload, or require migration to an Enterprise or custom agreement.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SeeLLM and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SeeLLM, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Enterprise plans include Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with specific uptime guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEELLM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeeLLM and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.
